Where are you based?
We ship all of our products except onesies from California (Los Angeles and Sacramento), while our head office is in Toronto, Canada.
Do you support multiple currencies?
All orders are charged in US Dollars.
Please note that orders bound for outside the United States may be subject to import charges and taxes. See Shipping and Fulfillment.
What type of fit do your t-shirts have?
Our shirts are semi-fitted and true to size by North American standards. See Size Chart.
When will my order ship?
How are your garments printed?
Our shirts are produced using direct to garment printing technology, the same technique used by all large online t-shirt companies. Our shirts are printed in the USA using water-based, eco-friendly inks that have a softer feel and lighter heft on the garment while being of great durability.
There's a smudge or box stain on my shirt. What's up with that?
Regular T-Shirts are treated with a pre-treatment solution to make the colors pop. On occasion, during the printing process, that solution may leave a film on the garment. If your shirt has a filmy residue, don't panic! it will come out in the first wash. We apologize for any inconvenience there.
All-over-prints are naturally imperfect because they are printed on both sides and cured at high heat. At seams and on ribbed surfaces, the natural garment color may show somewhat. Shirts that are all-over-print indicate as much in their description.
I'd like to cancel my order.
You may cancel your order provided it has not already been moved to the production queue or shipped. Your order will begin to be processed hours after your order has been placed so it is usually difficult to intercept.
What's your return/exchange policy?
Wrong Size: If it's your first time ordering from us, we will be happy to issue a single (1) replacement shirt of identical design and color in a different size free of charge. Beyond that we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Swish Embassy operates on a "Print on Demand" model. That means the products you ordered are custom made on demand based on your selection of design, size and color. That's why it takes us a little longer to ship than those off-the-shelf guys...
Think of it as t-shirt couture!
Our operating model allows us to provide you with literally thousands of choices so that when you order something from us, you aren't likely to see someone out wearing the exact same thing! The flip side is, this does not allow for a generous return policy as we'll probably have to throw out whatever you return.
So, unfortunately, we do not accept returns.

What warranty do you offer?
We absolutely stand behind our products and if you feel you've received a defective item, just let us know in writing (email@example.com) and include a photograph showing what's wrong up to 30 days after your delivery date. We'll be sure to make it right and have a satisfaction rate of almost 90%.
