We operate exclusively online – for now. However, there are stores that sell our products as well.
Do you offer wholesale prices for retailers?

What currency are your prices in?
While we are based in Toronto, Canada, our prices are in US Dollars
for the easiest interpretation of our clientele around the world.
What payment types do you accept?
We accept Visa and Mastercard. We also accept PayPal. These options will be available when you checkout.
Are other colors available? I don’t like the standard color.
We pick the t-shirt color that works best for the printing involved.
However, if you’d like a special order and a different shirt color –
take a look at the size chart for colors and send us your special
request. We will make it and bill you via PayPal.
Shipping
When will my order ship?
Our t-shirts are custom made on demand. We usually ship within 3 to 6
business days from the time of your order. Once you receive the shipment confirmation email, you get your shirt as soon as the postal service or box

Do prices include shipping?
Our prices do not include shipping. Shipping is determined at
check-out based on the weight of the total items you’ve included.
The average t-shirt weighs 160 grams (.35lbs or 5.7 ounces).
Local Duty and Taxes
NAFTA Region (US, Canada, Mexico)
Premium Collection shirts are not NAFTA compliant and will be subject to duty if the total order exceed $100USD.
All other products are duty-free, however, if taxes are due, the shipping company will claim that amount upon delivery.
United Kingdom
Duty applies to all purchases above £7 and VAT applies to all purchases above £18. See HM Revenue and Customs Guidelines.
Australia
Shipments of goods below A$1000 are generally not subject to duty or taxes. See Australian Customs and Border Protection Services.
Other Countries
In all other countries local duty and taxes may apply according to local regulations. All of our products are made in Canada, Mexico, or the USA.
Refusal of COD Duty and Taxes
PLEASE NOTE THAT IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF PURCHASERS TO INFORM THEMSELVES OF CUSTOMS, DUTY AND TAXATION IMPLICATIONS PRIOR TO PURCHASING. IF A PACKAGE IS RETURNED TO US DUE TO FAILURE TO PAY OUTSTANDING DUTIES AND TAXES, YOUR SHIPMENT WILL BE CONSIDERED ABANDONED AND NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED.

My Package Still Hasn’t Arrived! What Do I do?
Canada Post Shipping: If you selected Canada Post Light Packet or XPress Post, check your shipping confirmation for the tracking number. You’ll be able to check on its status. If your order was shipped by Standard Parcel Service or Small Packet International, please be patient it may sometimes take as long as 6 weeks.
UPS and FedEx: Check your shipping confirmation for the tracking number. You’ll be able to check on status.
WE WILL ONLY CONSIDER A PACKAGE LOST WITHIN 45 CALENDAR DAYS. If you have not received your package within 45 calendar days from the shipment confirmation email, we will provide you with the option of replacing and shipping the lost package or issuing a full refund.
Warranty, Exchanges and Returns
What’s Your Refund/Exchange Policy?
Since our t-shirts are custom made for your order, we cannot accept any returns or exchanges. All sales are final. We do, however, offer the option of a refund in the event of a lost or stolen shipment according the policies of the carrier (45 days must elapse between shipment and non-delivery).
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes. If you find any obvious defects on your t-shirt, email us and we’ll arrange to send a replacement of the same item. Keep in mind that many of our products are made with a “distressed” effect for styling. These do not constitute defects.
